FREEZING...

Growing up in Utah I felt like I knew what winter was like and what it should be. I mean Utah does have the GREATEST SNOW ON EARTH right? Well I have been fine with winter until this week. I am so ready for it to just be over with. George is constantly heading down the stairs saying bye bye and pounds on the doors to get out. It is so stinkin cold though it makes for ALOT of time spent inside. We are starting to go crazy here! So one night it was cold, but not to awful. I wanted to get out and so did George so this is how we bundled up....

More of George...

Well for the purpose of showing my family my growing boy... I had to let them see just how big he is getting ( including his HUGE muscles...)

BIRTHDAYS, Birthdays, BiRtHdAy!

February is quite the month of Birthdays here in Kirksville. We figured we better just join together and do a big birthday bash..

We decided to have a little party for everyones birthday. There were 4 babies who were all born within a few weeks of each other! It was so fun to celebrate with everyone and for everyone! And of course it was fun to watch the little one dive into the cake.

Here's what George thought about turning one!

George is One...

George 1 year ago
6 pounds 5 ounces Little squirt...
Today..

Seriously is he really? It seems like just yesterday I saw him for the first time. It has been an exciting first year in George's life! I cannot believe how fast this little dude has grown. He is seriously what makes my world go round. It seems like daily I am calling my mom and telling her how much I LOVE being his mom. It is such a special thing to be able to stay home with this little guy and watch him grow, and seriously watch him change. Every little milestone is exciting new and fun. Every little stage I feel like it does not get better than this, but truthfully each stage it does. I feel so grateful and would not change it for the world! Watching Jed transform into a Daddy has been so fun as well. He is an awesome Dad who really and truthfully loves his little boy. We feel so blessed to have him apart of our family.

Polar Bear Plunge...

Jed took the plunge with some other classmates over at Thousand Hills State Park for a fundraiser for the Special Olympics. Don't worry they just chipped a big hole in the ice for the plunge.. So I guess you can say it was CHILLY! What a nut.

Happy Valentines Day

Hope everyone had a "Rockin" Valentines Day! We love you and miss you!
