We were "LUCKY" to get to head to Utah for Spring Break! So we hopped in the car and drove 17 hours straight to surprise our families... Man it was a long drive but it was definately worth it. We had a great time and George did really well! (thanks to our mini dvd players... Sesame Street and Barney)
We were so happy that Katie had her little boy Mckray just in time for us to be there! She did awesome and had a healthy little boy the day after we arrived. It couldn't have been more perfect timing! It was so fun to help welcome this little boy into the family!
George was So cute... After not seeing Katie for a long time he still got on her bed while she was waiting for little Mckray and gave her some long sweet cuddles!
He was perfect.. Beautiful.. and pink! I had so many memories come flooding back to me about how quickly the first year of Georges life went. It feels like yesterday I was just holding that little tiny baby in my arms for the first time. It is truly a miracle! As my baby was running down the hallways of the hospital I realized how much he had grown up! and yes, It did make me new born baby hungary!
