First of all, Jed turned the big "30"! WE were happy to welcome him in many S'More great years with a little s'more roasting party! It was a little breezy that night, so thanks to the brave souls who actually roasted a marshmellow... I stayed inside most of the time with some friends and the baby. George had no idea it was cold, cause he was having WAY to much fun with his friends! George was adorable because while I made the preparations for the party he just kept saying, daddy party, happy birthday daddy! He loved talking about it for days. He was just as excited for his daddy as he was for his own birthday!
Tyler brought this HUMONGOUS! sausage for a gift for Jed. Pretty hilarious. It was made by Oldham family Sausage... shoot, no relation! But we did use it for our big COnFERence breakfast the next day!
Saylor is excited about having a basketful of eggs, and george is excited about a mouth full of candy!
This year instead of coloring eggs, we painted them. I knew that he is in such an independent stage that dying eggs would have been a disaster, So I got out kids paint and let him go at it! He was in absolute heaven!
I got George and Carter cordinating outfits for Easter and I could not wait to take a picture of them. Well George was throwing a Massive tantrum before church so I thought after church will do. Well while i was sitting in relief society, I hear Carter explode... Up the back, down the legs, EXPLODE! Perfect... I had no change of clothes so I grabbed george and hurried and got a picture. but that is why carter is sitting in front of George. We did not want the mess to get any bigger! Ha. so for now that is the best picture of them in their easter outfits!
I have been trying to do little things everyday to let his creative self out. I am trying to see if the rampant amounts of mischief will calm down with alittle creativity that is aloud! He loves to paint, play with play dough, color, and all those fun things little kids should and need to do!So sorry, these are not in a great order. I am using terrible grammar and punctuation because I am nursing while doing this... Life with two ;) You just do the best you can!
