On Labor Day we took part of the day to go and visit Jamesport Missouri.. It is about an hour away and it was supposedly an Amish Settled community. We thought it would be fun to go and see more of what is surrounding us and also learn more about the Amish. We had a blast being together as a family. Jed did have the guts to ask for a little ride. A very nice Amish boy let him and George hop on! I could not believe how small their ponies are. I was kindof feeling bad for the ponies!
Missouri really is beautiful, and so green, I am starting to understand more why they say Utah is a desert!.. I took a few pictures out the window on our way!

That's so fun I remember going into Amish Communities when I was little. There was this one store that I remember my mom liked to get spices at and the store owner only had one arm.
Those pictures of Jed on the little buggy with the tiny horses made me laugh so hard. haha

If Jed wasn't wearing a wagstaff crane hat I would have thought he was one of the amish! You two are darling but George takes the cake.
