We saw a sign for a rodeo in town for the labor day weekend and we decided we would go check out a rodeo in town. we had such a blast and missed home where we could ride our horses and see them out the back window! George was enthralled and did not make a peep!
Jed and I were watching everyone get one of these... they smelled just like a scone so I headed over to get one for Jed and I to share. I asked... "Can i get a scone? They all looked at me and laughed and said, "We have no idea what a scone is dear!" I said well I have seen everyone carrying around fried bread or something and it smells good, what is that called? They all laughed and although it was not a scone it tasted awfully good!

I love those things. They are called funnel cakes. I had never had one until I married Alan. Their family makes them at family reunions. LOVE THEM!
OHHHHH!! I just want to eat him up! He is so so so cute! You guys have to come back some day and he and Lydia can hook up!
